By utilizing its own in-house team for property development, the fund is able to maximize profitability from each project, and as a result, shareholders are able to passively earn returns that are comparable to those of property developers, without having any prior experience in the industry.
The commercial sports lending cell is focused on providing financing solutions to professional football clubs and other sporting organisations. The fund's team works closely with football clubs to understand their unique financial needs and develop customised lending solutions. This may include providing working capital, financing for stadium development or refinancing existing debt.
The goal of the Alliance Fund is to provide investors with a diverse portfolio of investments across multiple sectors, with a strong emphasis on returns and risk management. Assessment

Subscription
To ensure efficient on-boarding, post completion of KYC protocols, suitability and assessment phases, a 'Dealing Day' is fixed and on-boarding is completed on this date.
